Beaching (or Landing) is the process in which a ship or boat is laid ashore, or grounded deliberately in shallow water.

For a catamaran beaching is very easy. Identify a rock-free patch of flat sand in shallow waters during high tide, anchor using both anchors, and wait for the tide to go out. Once the boat is out of the water you can inspect the hulls, clean the boat or do some paint job.
